Not deleting files

    I hit “empty trash” and the files have been removed from the plugin, but not my server. They still remain in uploads\wpmc-trash.

    I know I can just manually delete them now, but I’m trying to figure out why this happened.

    There are no errors the error log relating to this plugin.

    Hi,

    I am not sure what the problem might be. Of course, the plugin works on most installs.

    Your Error Logs is empty about this, or… is it totally empty? If it is totally empty, it would be better to double-check with your hosting service to make sure it’s enabled ??

    The log isn’t totally empty, it just says nothing about this plugin.

    Yes, but another error somewhere else might block the plugin’s process. Could you try to delete a file with Media Cleaner and check if any logs appear at that time?
