Hello, I’ve exported all users from the plugin. Then I deleted all the spam users and reuploaded the csv file and made sure to select “Delete users that are not present in the CSV?” But after the import it says Deleted users: 0

    Is there something I missed?

Did you receive any error? If yes, this abort any user deletion,

Yes, it gives a warning for all the existing users. I did not want to update those.

Exactly therein lies the problem. If you don’t want to update, the system doesn’t delete. Deleting is a “more extreme” action than updating so for prudence, if you don’t want to update, you will want to delete even less.

Recommendation: update but to avoid problems leave only two columns, the minimum two, to make sure that no data that you do not want to update will be updated.

I thought it meant don’t update the existing records that are in the file. Anyways I did select update existing records to try and then nothing happened or it was taking a very long time. Eventually I couldn’t use the plugin.

Yes, but you have to choose to update to make the delete work.

It is a security measure. In any case, if you leave only two columns, it will take only if your hosting is not too powerful and you have many users (how many have you left in the file?).

On the other hand, do you still get any errors on completion?
