Not delay the loading of the Tidio Chat Icon

    Hi,

    Currently we are using WP Rocket which will delay the load of Tidio Chat until user interaction. While it seems Tidio Chat will also delay its load by 5 seconds by itself, which makes it take long time for Tidio Chat icon to appear. Is it possible to reduce or remove the 5 second delay in Tidio Chat so that it can be loaded as soon as the user start interact the web page?

    Hi there,

    Please try turning off the Asynchronous option inside the list of your installed apps. This should make the whole loading process faster for you.

    Do you mean the Asynchronous option in the WordPress Cache plugin?

    The Asynchronous loading option should be visible right below the Tidio entry in your Plugins section.

    What that feature does is that it enables Tidio to load independently to the most critical elements of your website, and it doesn’t stop website parsing. The crucial resources aren’t impacted, and the chat goes its own pace instead of waiting for content to be loaded first.

    The feature should be turned on by default.
