  • Hello @kaboemnld,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble deactivating the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin with the latest version of WooCommerce.

To assist you better, could you please provide more details about the issue? Are you seeing any error messages in your site? Are you able to access your WordPress dashboard?

Do you remember making any changes before the issue started such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

In the meantime, here is our guide on how to remove the WooCommerce Facebook app and created system users.

    ?? hey @kaboemnld

I went ahead with trying to reproduce this, on a test installation of mine, and Facebook for WooCommerce version 3.1.12, and everything worked as expected. It activated/deactivated, as expected.

I’m curious, are you in need of temporarily deactivating the plugin, or otherwise? Also, what is the reason for wanting to deactivate it?

    Thank you.
