Not customizable enough & lacks features

I wasted a lot of time trying to configure this plug-in. While it does offer some good things (schema data and the possibility for readers to leave a review and a rating), it lacks obvious customization options and the support doesn’t help (they answer a few hours at a time and they mainly give obvious answers that don’t help). Plus, if you need to translate the plugin, you can’t just to it inside the plugin! You have to download a separate plug-in. What a nightmare. I am truly disappointed and I ended up making my own table instead, which is not optimal either, but at least I can customize it as I want and I don’t have to have 3 plug-ins installed (yes, there is a third plug-in for updating the two others)
