Not Creating Page

    I love your plugin and use it all the time but I have a problem on one site. The cookie bar is showing on the site but the page hasn’t been created. My site. You can see that the link in the bar directs to the site’s main url. I have deactivated and reinstalled but still the same is happening. Could it be the theme that’s at fault? I haven’t used this particular theme before.

    Hi – sorry for the slow response. I checked your site but it seems the plugin is not enabled.

    Thanks for reply. I just checked site and cookie consent was enabled and not showing. I decided to reset to default, changed the button colour and it’s showing on site now but still the link goes to main site url as a cookie page hasn’t been created. That’s the bit I don’t understand as it’s never behaved like this before.

    Don’t worry, I’ve decided on this occasion to just create my own page and link to it via the plugin settings. I’m sure that will work!

    Addendum – yes, doing it the manual way is working. I think it must be a problem with the theme but it’s fine now so no need to investigate more, thanks.
