not creating invoice numbers for €0,00 payments

    Hi,

    For some subscriptions in which the payment is €0,00 the invoice number is not created anymore, while my settings are put in such way that this should happen. The strange thing is that it happens only sometimes.

    The plugin tells me that my memory is too little. However, there are two types of memory you display: WordPress and PHP. My WordPress memory is only 40 while the PHP is sufficient (define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );). I asked my hosting party how I could adjust the WordPress memory but they told me this should be the same as the ‘PHP’ memory. I’m using Antagonist. How can I adjust the WordPress memory? More important how can I make sure the €0,00 payment orders do get an invoice number too?

    If the plugin doesn’t have enough memory (if this is really what’s preventing the 0.00 invoices from being created), you should see errors under WooCommerce > Status > Logs in the log starting with wpo-wcpdf. Can you share the exact error with us?
    If this log is not there, this means the memory is not the problem.

    Have you enabled the attachment of the invoice to the subscription renewal email?

    Okay no I don’t have that error in the logs. I’m not sending any subscription renewal email. Some customers have a weekly subscription for multiple years in a row. That’s too much ‘spam’ in their mailbox. However, the plugin is creating for some zero payment orders invoices, like this customer: https://paste.pics/7573a201a4bea567801310e8b389ea9e (there was a period in which it stopped creating invoices too).

    Those invoices must have been generated manually then. The free plugin only creates invoices automatically when you attach it to an email.

    Ah great, I can just press the invoice sign on the right and it creates one. Thanks for the help.
