    This was a settings error.

Chrome is more forgiving about how dates are parsed, Safari isn’t. The date was entered as August 5, it needed to be 08 and 05.

    Hi twitchylegs,

I’m having exactly the same problem. Can you please tell me where to insert the “correction”? Can I do it in the Plugin editor on WordPress panel? Or do I need to do it on the original plugin file?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

Thanks had same issue. Edit page in classic mode instead of visual composer. I had to change:

    [ct_countdown month=”November” day=”8″ digit_color=”” border_color=””]
    to:
    [ct_countdown month=”11″ day=”8″ digit_color=”” border_color=””]

Now it works in Safari and Chrome on mobile although the first digit seems to drag down and get stuck when the second digit is animating downwards!!

Hi @monkeyplay, we got as far as you did. Were you able to fix the first digit dragging down on Safari and Mobile devices?

@twitchylegs, did you find that problem as well?

Thanks to both of you in advance. The answer above helped so far, we only need to fix the dragging first digit which still remains a problem.
