Not correct work for Either and more than one Product

I create 3 products.
You need to have “Product 1” or “Product 2” to get “Product 3”
I define dependence for “Product 3”
– type: “Either”
– Product dependencies: “Product 1”, “Product 2”

But in this case I can get “Product 3”

If I set type, for example, to “Purchase” – all works correctly
