Not correct csv format when exporting none public list

Hej
I noticed that when doing csv export in backend there are backslashes included in the exports if the list is not public.
It that on purpose?
Example:
\”3\”,\”Fordy\”,\”Abrahamsson\”,It works as expected when the list i marked as public.
