• I schedule post to publish at a reasonable hour rather than when I create them.

Regularly (maybe 1 out of 10) do not post to twitter, there is no error in the plugin log not even a mention.

The scheduled posts are no more than 3 a day, so it is not a twitter block issue.

It does seem to be related to the size/content of the post…those with more images or larger sized images.

I have made many attempts to isolate or improve the situation without any luck.

My current thinking is that the more complex posts require an extended time for wordpress to publish and that the Plugin is also trying to immediately process and is being blocked.

I know the premium version allows for posting schedule/delay, but I am unsure that would solve the issue.

Perhaps a non adjustable built in delay of a few seconds would solve the issue.

Or a check for a recently published item (flagged for the app to post) that did not happen.

I have a plugin that checks for scheduled publish items that missed their schedule….which is usually caused by an article being added at that exact time or an update being applied.

    regards,
    rdl
