• Sometimes it works. Sometimes it does not. Inventory sync is not accurate. Logs show all is working fine.

    When products are removed on the square side, they remain in WooCommerce.

    Can you please provide us the following information?

    1. Send us a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.
    2. Check Square’s sync Settings and tell us if you’re using Square or WooCommerce as the system of record.
