NACHA Sessions
Attend an information session with NACHA (Northern Alberta Co-operative Housing Association) to learn more about the benefits and responsibilities of joining a housing co-op.
Sessions are held every month at the Stanley Milner Library from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The information session costs $10.00. Call NACHA at 482-6128 to reserve your place at the next session.
Sundance Orientations
All applicants are required to attend a Sundance Orientation to learn more about our co-op. Orientations are held three times a year. Applications for membership are made available at the end of the orientation. There is an application fee of $20 to cover the cost of your credit check.

Vacancies
Vacancies are filled from our waiting list according to seniority, income and family size. We are committed to a one-third split of members with high, middle and low incomes. Currently there are no vacancies available.
