• I’ve tried it like 20 times in the last 24hours, but everytime I want to costumize Jetpack, it says I’m not connected to wordpress.com
And everytime I click to link it, it goes to my profile, then back to my website, and still, the same message shows up “you’re not connected to wordpress.com”

    What am I doing wrong?

  • Hi, is your website under wordpress.com or www.remarpro.com?? Because if your website is from wordpress.com meaning your website has “wordpress.com”, then you have come to the wrong support forums. This forums is only for www.remarpro.com meaning, it is a full hositng site.

If you’re stuck in that connection loop, here’s what to do:

Do you have a caching plugin or service on your site? If so, you’ll need to clear the cache for your website. It may be a link at the top of your dashboard, or maybe in a plugin setting, or on the dashboard’s main page.

After the site’s cache is cleared, disable and then completely delete the Jetpack plugin on your Plugins page.

Then reinstall Jetpack, and attempt to connect again.

If you don’t have a caching feature, or you aren’t sure where to find it, we have a little alternative connection route plugin you can use.

    Can you download this plugin:
    https://d.pr/f/BgBT

Download the file, then install, and activate this plugin via Plugins > Add New > Upload in your site’s Dashboard (don’t expand the .zip file before uploading), then try to connect?

Once connected, please delete this plugin.

Let me know how it goes!
