Not Connecting to HITShipo through WooCommerce

I am going through the install process, and I get to the 6th step and it won’t connect to HITShipo.. what’s wrong? I installed jetpack, but the ‘connect’ prompt doesn’t pop up. Also there’s no clear way for me to set up the plugin- I don’t know what a lot of the questions are asking me. How can I get help?
