hey Im facing a problem working with elementor. I hope somebody can help me.

I did not install any new plugin in the recent days and elementor was working fine so far. but yesterday I wanted to insert some templates but every time Im trying to insert it I get this error message with code 503..

when i check the system info under Elementor Library it says: Not connected (HTTP Error (503))

I think there is the problem. can anybody help me how to solve this? as i said Im sure I did not install any plugins and did not update any in the recent days.
the error just started occuring while editing pages with elementor and now i dont know how to get rid of it…

any help would be well appreciated..

    P.S. my library is synced

    best wishes

  • The same issue here. Shortly after getting the same error as karlmann, I was unable to add pro library items. In the settings it says I am activated, but it cannot reach the library services.

“Elementor Library: Not connected (HTTP Error (503))”

Following the activation link, I find that many of the URLs associated with elementor to be reporting “Service Unavailable”

Not real sure what the issue is, but best guess would be that elementors hosting provider is having some equipment issues.

    The same issue here.

    elementor oficial page is down.

I am also getting this error. I just started using WordPress and Elementor. Have called my hosting company 3-4 times now asking them to fix it but they’re saying everything is fine from their backend and that the problem is with the plugin developer.

I am also experiencing the problem mentioned where most of their URLs simply output ‘Service Unavailable’. I have tried reaching out to them via email, Facebook and Twitter but have been unable to receive any response from them.

I just want to build a website. Guess I’ve been sucked into the deep end. Please help!

The site was hacked.. They are fixing it and you can get to the webpage but can’t sign in. Check the Elementor FB page for more info.

wow the day I decide to make a website elementor is getting hacked… thanks for info though. seems to be working now again.

saved me some time googling for the cause of my problem!

but changing the content width of a column still doesnt work for me… dont know if elementor still having problems but for me it has no effect…

I can put on full width or scale up in boxed mode but my column size does not change…
    it always stays like this:

it also doesnt matter what value I put in “Column Width (%)”, there is no change.

maybe its just me or general problem, guess i will just try tomorrow again…

The site wasn’t actually hacked, but it was attacked by a DDoS attack. Try again now, as it has been dealt with.
