Not completing Purchase?

  • Hello, I am using your YITH WooCommerce Affiliates plugin to work with an affiliate. So, far I have had over 1300 visits per the Affiliate dashboard, but no sales. Does this mean that people are going to “Add to Cart” but then leaving/not completing the purchase? Or something else? Please advise. Thank you.

    Hello there,

    hope you are doing well ??

    The “click” (register the visit) is stored when the customer access the site using the affiliate referral link, but if the customer doesn’t add to the cart and complete the purchase, the conversion will not be completed.
