• Hello and thank you very much for your plugin what I have been using for more than 10 years. I finally upgraded it and now I am just experimenting.

    I registered a member profile and both confirmed and activated it. Then I deleted the user by using WP ../wp-admin/users.php

    Now I can’t register the user back, because “Sorry, that email address already has an account. Please try another.” What should I clean up in MySQL DB?

    After all delete records from usermeta file, but still don’t know why they were not delete by WordPress.

    If you delete the user in WordPress, you’ll be able to re-register the email. If you’re using WP multisite, note that all users in multisite are network users, so you have to delete the user from the network, not just the site.
