Not compatible with WPML

I’ve a website with WPML. Though the menus have been configured for the 2 separate languages, menu items do not display in the secondary language.

In the source, HTML is below only for the secondary language:

</div>

Even with the default twentywenty theme, no menu items are displayed for WPR menu in the secondary language.
