    Can you clarify what you mean by “the plugin does not work”? I have it installed on my test site, which is on the latest version of WordPress, and it seems to work fine.

    Hello, on the checkout page there appears no Amazon logo and there is not interactivity to click a button or use the payment methode. You only can see the text “Have an Amazon account?”.
    This problem I have since I have updated to WP version 5.5.1

    Hmm, interesting. This almost sounds like you have some sort of browser extension or add-on that’s blocking the Amazon button from displaying.

    What happens if you try checking out in another browser or on another computer? Does the button show then?

    Have any of your customers been able to check out with Amazon Pay since you upgraded to WP 5.5.1?

    You can check yourself if you are going to the checkout section. But anyway, it doesn’t work in FF and IE either. And I did not change anything in the browser. Same add-ons. And I don’t use IE so this browser hasn’t any add-ons. I have no more customers using the Amazon payment because it isn’t working.

    OK, looking further, I’m seeing a couple JavaScript errors in the console for your site. Screenshot:

    They seem to be coming from the QR Code Tag plugin you have installed. Can you please deactivate that plugin temporarily and see if the Amazon button returns?

    If not, try a full conflict test:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Amazon Pay
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    After deactivating the “QR Code Tag” plugin the problems are gone. Thank you so much for helping. This plugin did also causes other problems in the theme (missing picture presentation on the detailed page) so it is not recommended to use this plugin. Now the payment button Amazon is back and it seems to work fine. Thanks again finding the problem that was caused by third parties.
