Not compatible with WordPress, poor support

A few days ago I purchased the full Pro package, including theme, from Ultimate Member. I’m now asking for a refund. The documentation is poor, with very little documentation for pretty straightforward questions/problems. For the $300 you pay for the package, the support desk is only open M-F, business hours, and only respond to support tickets by email, no chat option. It takes a long time to get a response, and the response is incomplete. I’ve had significantly more assistance from the WP Happiness Engineers in trying to make this plugin work on my site. After spending much of yesterday chatting on and off with folks at WP I learned that this plugin has several conflicts with the WP system, making it unlikely that it will work smoothly to do what it’s designed to do.
