Not Compatible with WordPress 5.5

I agree, Facebook disappeared from the Woocommerce UI and the facebook messenger page is totally blank, with no details there at all. This needs compatibility with WordPress 5.5 and the new features from Woocommerce.

@goodereader they should work on such essential plugins before the WP new version arrived. this is disappointing how they can take it for granted after all this is linked with facebook pixels and ads also stopped due to this. they must make it compatible now on urgent basis. ??

Its not compatible and internal sever error 500 occurred if i activate it after the WP update 5.5 version

I’ve also updated to the latest WordPress and Facebook for WooCommerce versions and I haven’t been able to replicate this issue unfortunately. In order to further investigate, would it be possible to share a screenshot of the error in case it provides us with more information?

well im STILL waiting for you to upgrade your plugin. bcz it still says compatibility is ‘UNKNOWN’…i am not using it therefore. from my side issue is not resolved unfortunately.

I’d be happy to continue helping you, so would it be possible to share a screenshot of the error in case it provides us with more information? You’ve mentioned that you’ve encountered an error 500 when trying to update.

Also, would it be possible to let me know if you’ve uninstalled and re-installed the plugin in case this was caused by a cache issue? A lot of merchants have updated to the latest version of WordPress and Facebook for WooCommerce without any issues, so I’d be happy to continue investigating this in case this can provide us with more information.
