Not compatible with WordPress 4.3

Thanks @joelnewcomer I was about to test this plugin with 4.3 I had twetted Thomas about this and have not heard back from him.

Here also not working anymore since upgrade to WP 4.3. We get notifications when new users are created like

Username: .....
Password: both

This is a known bug with WordPress core where they introduced a breaking change in 4.3:

It has been fixed and should be pushed out with the next release.

Just as an update – I have pushed out 1.0.2 which fixes this issue explicitly for 4.3 and 4.4. ??
