Not Compatible with WooCommerce 2.1.11

Doesn’t work properly with this version of WooCommerce. I doubt that it will also work with 2.1.12

I can add new address through My Account and Configure Address on checkout page also works but the dropdown where the user will select the address on checkout page doesn’t show.

Help with this please.
