    I’m sorry to hear you had an issue with the plugin.

    Could you please start a support thread so we can look into it? This is the first we have heard about any issue with VC and we would like to get it fixed.

    Within the support thread, please provide the following:
    * A link to a db dump of the broken site
    * The old url that was entered
    * The new url that was entered.
    * Whether or not you are using the Pro version.
