    Hi guys,

    I’ve been using this plugin for about a week and just discovered that it interferes with the Tribulant Checkout plugin. Usually, when you add a product in the Tribulant shopping cart the checkout summary appears in the sidebar using a widget. With AntiSpam CleanTalk enabled this no longer works. I’ve tried disabling protection for everything (Registration forms, Comments forms, Contact forms, Custom contact forms) but the problem persists unless I disable the actual CleanTalk plugin. The, the Tribulant sidebar shopping cart widget appears as expected in the sidebar when you add a product.

    I am confident in handling code and would be grateful for any suggestions.

    EDIT: On mobile it says an Ajax error occurred. Disabling SpamFirewall restores the checkout widget.

    Thanks,

    Pádraig

    UPDATE: Tried adding the following exclusions in wp-config, as found in the documentation, but didn’t make any difference.

    $cleantalk_url_exclusions = array(‘product’, ‘shop’);

    It may have been a cache thing earlier but now, when I set Comments (WordPress, JetPack, WooCommerce) to NO, it works. The only thing I want protected is my Comments section so , given what I’ve posted above, is there any way to exclude the shopping cart from being included in the Spam Firewall? We use the cart for logged in users only.

    Hello, Pádraig.

    It would be great if you can give us an access to your WordPress dashboard and FTP.

    Please, use our private Ticket System to send us your personal data:

    This way we also will know your CleanTalk profile and could check everything that is required.

    Best regards.

    Hi Alexander,

    The site hosts online transactions and customer details so I would rather not give ftp details. The checkout plugin folder is called wp-checkout. Users have to be logged in to make a transaction. Is there any way I can exclude this folder from the firewall? I just want CleanTalk to monitor WordPress comments and nothing else. Is this possible?

    Thanks,

    Pádraig

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
