Not compatible with Polylang

  • Very good plugin with a lot of features, but this only works for a monolanguage site, or if you are using WMPL plugin. As I use Polylang, this is not supported. You get 404 errors due to the new URLs.

    So 3* for all the good work put in this free plugin.

    Thanks for taking the time to review this. We’ll have to agree to disagree on the “3 stars for a very good plugin with lots of features” part–for a largely free directory plugin, with a ton of features, saying we’re only 3/5 stars really doesn’t tell the whole story here. We’re a small development team so we don’t have the resources to integrate with everything under the sun. We support WPML fully (by request of a number of our users, plus the WPML team themselves who assisted us with the integration) and we have translation files as well, which provides the same support the Polylang does. WPML’s support is quite extensive and while it’s not free, I’m firmly of the opinion you get what you pay for.

    If we start to see the same kind of demand for Polylang, we’ll definitely get it added in the future as a supported integration, as I mentioned in your support thread. In the meantime, thanks for trying BD.
