Not compatible with Polylang?

I have two languages in my webshop which I use Polylang to translate.
But for one of the languages, the orders are not sent to Sendcloud automatically.

Have anyone else experienced this problem? I have been in touch with Sendcloud but they told me that they don’t provide support for these things.
