NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PHP VERSION 7.2! No support for the full version!?

Nobody replies to my support questions per email. I bought the full version.
After I updated my php version to 7.2, Chronosly doesn’t work anymore.
Their new support policy says:
“Chronosly doesn’t include Support”
