The plug-in description mentions that PHP 7.0 or higher is required. The plug-in didn’t work for me until I downgraded from 8.1 to 7.4. So, I want to find out if the plugin has a future because my host already recommends PHP 8.1.

I will not buy a plugin, if this is running out the next time.

The Pro Version seems to be stable with PHP 8.1 – after purchasing the plug-in, everything seems to be fine.

    Hi,

We tested our plugin with version 8.1 of PHP and it worked correctly. It didn’t work for you for another reason.

As we answered to your previous message regarding the error message you had, the undefined function named “getmypid()” was called. This function, unfortunately, is blocked by several hosting providers as a security measure. However, we have removed this function in our Pro and Pro+ versions, and it will also be addressed in the upcoming update of our free version.

As you purchased the pro version and it seems to be fine for you now, we will be closing this ticket.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    WP connect Support
