Hi @caroig!
Before continuing please note that the MemberPress integration is only available in the Pro version and on this forum we are only allowed to provide help for the Free version.
But since with some custom coding you can also publish the social buttons to membership forms to these forms, I will try to clarify the interaction between Nextend Social Login and MemberPress.
Originally the social buttons only showed up in the MemberPress login pages, but not in the registration forms.
For the requests of users, we also added the functionality to display the social buttons in the membership forms as well.
So the integration for MemberPress means the social buttons will automatically show up in the MemberPress forms, too. ( No deeper membership related integrations. )
In Nextend Social Login the user is registered the same way like if it would happen over the default WordPress registration form, however some extra information ( like first name, last name, avatar ) are also stored on the registration and the information is coming from the social provider.
Social Login is mainly used to speed up the registration process itself, but to not replace the whole subscription process.
Also what is important to mention is that, by default Nextend Social Login will redirect the user back to the same page where the social button was clicked. So when the user presses the social button on one of your membership forms, the user will be registered / logged in and will be redirected to the same page.
This means the user will see the same Membership form, where the person can finish signing up to your membership manually.
So I am sorry, this is the limitation of using social login with memberships. Also I am sorry, but currently we don’t have plans on creating a deeper integration for the membership status of MemberPress, and assigning paid memberships automatically to users registered with social login is probably a feature that won’t be implemented at all.
Anyway if you have any other questions, related to Pro features like MemberPress, please rather open a support ticket at:

Best regards,
Laszlo.
