Not Compatible with Latest WordPress Version 4.7.1

I have installed correctly and tried deactivating all plugins; however, this plugin is not working on the latest version of WordPress. The PCCG form will not allow me to click on the customization items; therefore cannot create the form. Please advise as this is a wonderful plugin and would like to use. Thanks.
