Not compatible with flatsome

  • I initially had issues getting this plugin to work with my theme, but Jeroen (theme developer) was so helpful in resolving all those issues, and he even went above and beyond by offering some CSS tips to help me with mobile display too!

    Top notch plugin and developer!

    Hi,

    If the plugin isn’t working for a specific theme I’d recommend to create a support thread to see if / how I can help.

    Giving a low-star rating because the plugin doesn’t seem to work on your specific theme isn’t really considered a good practice since every theme is different and plugin(s / authors) simply can’t test / support all of them.

    If you can open a support thread and elaborate what isn’t working for you I will try to help you fix this for your theme.

    After reading your reply, I agree with you. I will open up a support thread to work through this with you, and will correctly my rating when it is resolved.

    I updated my initial review to reflect the overall experience, after Jeroen helped me out in resolving the issues I initially reported with my low rating. Bottom line is that this plugin and the developer is excellent! Among the best support I’ve ever received on any plugin.
