Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

The search will not find the filtering widget, it is made so from the Elementor side to not search side widgets.

Please go to the WordPress section and choose from there “Filter everything – filters” – https://prnt.sc/jgNvGUBRbX95

Also, please note – https://prnt.sc/eoSZHM_sTGky the free version only works on archive pages with the main query, if you are using some other elements to display your posts, they might use custom queries, and for this, you will need to use the PRO version of the plugin.

Thank you for clarifying this. I assumed it would show up in the search. I am desperate for a decent product filter plugin and will purchase the pro version immediately, even if I don’t need it, as long as I can get a decent product filter for my website.

Hi Victor, sorry to reply agai so quicklly.. i am using product archive template, i have followed the video. I have gone to just the page https://www.mywebsite.com/shop and it doesnt show so i cant test this out. I have no other elements displaying products just the standard product archive.

i have included a video showing this.

could you have aa quick look and let me know what im doing wrong. I just want to test this out and get it working before i buy the pro.

Hi Victor thanks for your reply. I have now got it showing, i guess having over 5000 products it took a while for it to show. Its very limited for me to test with the free one. Its very fast! i must say already its the fastest one ive looked at. However with every one ive tried, coroco blocks, barn 2, wp, once its installed on our site it just doesnt work or look how it should.

We only want to filter by brand and model when products are displayed on our categories and shop pages. Nothing crazy. And when we search for lets say tshirts, then the filter will filter that list of tshirts via brand or model that we choose from the filter..

I need to do a proper test, i can buy the pro version now no problem but if this ends up not working is there a refund policy?

Please write it in the comments section where you can purchase the PRO version of the plugin. As per the forum rules, there are restrictions:

No, you didn’t do anything wrong, it’s just that all pre-sale questions should be in the comments section where you can buy the PRO plugin. It’s just that if we start discussing pre-sales questions here, we might get penalized for it since it is already connected to a commercial product. We just had such warnings previously.

We will be more than happy to answer all your questions, even if you write them via PM on the PRO plugin purchase page. You can find it in a big marketplace, there will be a comments section, where you can write a pre-sale comment or send it via PM.

Thank you for your response. I’ve decided to go ahead and purchase the product and will reach out to support for assistance if needed via email. I’m quite new to forums & comments and don’t want to inadvertently disrupt anything for you or others here.

That said, I’ve encountered several issues with the free version. For example:

• Changing the title of a filter doesn’t seem to work.
• Tooltips I’ve added are not displaying.
• Renaming a filter from “tag” to “model” isn’t reflected.
• Disabling terms with zero products or posts doesn’t appear to take effect.

These issues and more have been the same since yesterday, ive cleared the cache and tried to fix it. Anything i change on the filter from the simply changing the title of it, or using the fetaures that are there, just isnt showing on the front end.

These issues have made it challenging to use the free version effectively. I hope the paid version resolves these concerns. and if not then it will be fixed or refunded.
