Not Compatible with Easy Digital downloads

    Hi,

    The plugin is nice and works well.But it does not seem to work with Easy Digital Downloads.Not sure what is the problem.It seems Permalinks is the cause.

    If permalink issue of plugin is resolved then it will be outstanding one.Since EDD is old plugin than this one so turned towards support of this plugin.

    BTW I used it on live site and results were good just because of above reason I have to remove it temporarily

    Hi there

    Please add the following code in your wp-config.php:

    define( 'ED_DOWNLOAD_PAGE_SLUG', 'etd_downlod' );

    Then flush permalink.

    Let us know if the issue resolves then ??

    I have the same problem.
    After this code, EDD downloads shows 404 page.

    Thanks for response. But above trick did not work. This code is also present in plugin file as well.

    You are also using download as permalink (not sure if I understood correctly as I did not look in more details). May be that is causing conflict with EDD.

    Hi Alinn,

    Here are the steps

    1.Add define( ‘ED_DOWNLOAD_PAGE_SLUG’, ‘etd_downlod’ ); to your wp-config.php file
    2.De activate the plugin (not needed if plugin is not active)
    3.Activate the plugin
    4.Save the permalinks again.

    Have you followed above approach? Also is your permalink other than the default one. It would help if you can provide details what you did?

    When i sign in that website, 404 error occurs. However i asked this from your developer with email but the problem did not solve.
