Not compatible with “Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on”

  • I tried using your plugin with “Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on” but it is not working. On the first step itself, the form submits and sends the mail. If I deactivate that extension, then the steps work.

    But to create a multi-step order form, I need that plugin for getting the payment. Please let me know if there is any other payment plugin which is compatible with yours.

    Sorry, I don’t know of any other payment plugins off-hand. Plugins that add onto the core Contact Form 7 functionality are likely to have conflicts because they all want to deal with the data after the form is submitted and do their own thing.

    From a quick look, it looks like the plugin you mentioned does a redirect after the form is submitted – which is what this plugin does.

    You can maybe ask the “Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on” plugin author how you can stop the plugin from redirecting the form. Then you can apply that to all forms except the last step.

    You may also want to try Formidable Forms, though it is a paid plugin for the multi step part.
