Not Compatible with Cloudfront

  • After numerous emails to Cleantalk to solve the issues of our users being blacklisted and no telling how many new site visitors we finally discovered after hiring a developer that Cleantalk is not compatible with AWS. Could have saved tons of time and headache for others if we had known this. Switching to WP Bruiser.

    We apologize that it happened, but if you can give us a change, we would make an integration with any service that you want.

    Usually, we don’t have any problems with Cloudfront, so it could be a lot of different things, such a compability issue with other plugins you have.

    Anyway, thank you very much for your review. We try our best to solve any kind of problems of our clients.

    We have excluded Amazon AWS networks as well as other popular CDNs from our blacklist processing at all.

    Could you check the result?

    We have excluded Amazon AWS networks as well as other popular CDNs (MaxCDN, Microsoft Azure, CloudFlare, Fastly, Cachefly) from our blacklist processing at all.

    Could you check the result?
