Not Compatible with 4.8.x

    I upgraded WordPress Popular Posts to 5.2.2, but it was not compatible with WordPress 4.8.14. So, I restored the entire site and went back to WordPress Popular Posts 3.3.4.

    Please either modify your compatibility statement or make it work with WordPress 4.8.x so people can avoid trouble like this.

    What do you mean with “not compatible”? What exactly happened when you upgraded to 5.2.2?

    Update: ah, I see what you mean now. My apologies. Yes, to use WPP 5.x you’ll need at least WordPress 4.9. I’ll fix that soon, thanks for the heads up.
