Not compatible when Multisite is enable on WordPress

I have one site single site setup and one with multisite setup. I’m a very big fan of Yoast that’s why I installed it on every site I launched. However, the plugin doesn’t seem compatible in a multisite setup. Look at the image:

The other options like Title & Metas, Social, XML Sitemaps, Advanced and Tools are missing. Is it me or it is the plugin?
