Not compatible to Borlabs Cookie

Minifying is not compatible with Borlabs Cookie. So I tried to exclude the minfying for https://cbdvibes4you.com/wp-content/plugins/borlabs-cookie/asselts/javascript/borlabs-cookie.min.js

But it is not possible. I click on “Exclude” and it says that it added the exclusion to the list. But indeed it is not adding the exclusion and the problem stays the same. The file is also still on the List of minified Java Script Files. I did it several times but I cant get it off there.

What can I do?
