Not collecting email

Oh, so far our plugin had captured only visitors cart ( Without Email ) on your website.

It would be great if you can share with us the screenshots of your settings and the also share your website URL. We will abandon one cart on your site for a testing purpose.

I would like to explain a bit about how our plugin captures the abandoned carts.

1) Guest user( With Email)

Abandoned carts of guest users are tracked after the user enters the email address in the “Email Address” field on the Checkout Page.

2) Logged-in user:

For logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to their cart.

3) Visitor user ( Carts without Email address )

For visitor carts, we are capturing the guest cart information if the user adds the products to cart as a guest user and then goes to the cart page then abandoned that cart. This user does not even reach the Checkout page.

I have abandoned 1 guest cart on your website. I will wait for the abandoned cart email from your site.

I will get back to you on Monday with an update of the abandoned cart reminder email.

As you can see in the abandoned cart reminder email I have my name, it means our plugin captures the guest users cart who abandoned the cart from the checkout page.

There must be some Bot or spam on your site which abandoned the carts on your site.

Here, I would like to share with you that in our Pro version we have 3 type of restriction setting using which you can stop those bot and spam carts.
