not clearing personal data on form

I’m testing the plugin and it works really well except for one serious problem which in my opinion breaches GDPR rules ??

When a user completes the form and another user makes a new appointment it is showing the previous users form with all of their personal data (name, email tel number etc.)

Please advise how to fix this otherwise it is not a usable plugin due to the data breach.
