Not checking spam on my site

  • Hi,
    I am using Akismit from the day I’m using wordpress. This is a great plugin but from last few weeks I’m facing a wired issue on my site. Generally when spammer post comment on my site, Akismit automatically check them and put them on spam folder, which is great.
    But the problem I’m facing is Akismit is not moderating my comment. It is keeping all the comments on the Pending state showing “Awaiting Moderation” beside it. Then I’ve click on the “Check for Spam” button and then only akismit put those comments on the spam folder. Why is this happening? Akismit should do this automatically. Here is some screenshots—

    WordPress version: 4.1, Multisite
    WP Corn Disabled
