Not checking IP to prevent voting

    Hi, I use this plugin for voting and I have set it to check by IP and cookie but it does not seem to be checking for the user’s IP.

    This is a big issue for me as people can just delete their cookies to vote again. Please get back to me on how I can fix this.

    Thank you for your topic.

    My apologies for the late reply – weekends are non-working days for us.

    First of all, we are really sorry for the inconvenience the issue may cause you.

    We have checked your website and found that there is an issue connected with the WordPress default admin ajax.php.

    For our votes, we are sending an ajax request, which is not returning our responses but is sending 0 (false).

    Most presumably there is a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

    Please, do troubleshooting on your own, to understand what is the cause.
