Not centered block editor icon

    Not centered block editor icon in right sidebar.
    Here is screenshot of explication.

    In this block class = editor-block-inspector__card-icon
    has width: 36px and padding 8px, inside icon has width: 20px;
    It’s right, but icon not horizontal and verstical centered becouse block has
    also 1px border.
    You must to increase width and height 38px
    or decrease padding to 7px.
