Not Capturing Subscribers

    I installed your plugin and launched the basic email capture (not third party) on the coming soon page but it is not capturing emails! I’ve entered several as a test only to see “No subscribers yet!” on the back end… any advice?

    I have also tested using the MailChimp plugin and shortcode but even though I see a thank you/confirmation message, my emails are not being captured there either.

    Hi @happyharlo, to be honest I have no idea what might be wrong. But if even the MailChimp subscription does not work it would suggest there is something wrong on your server.

    Does the MailChimp subscription works on any of your standard pages or posts?
