Just checked your site and the plugin was able to track my visit normally so that’s good news.
I did notice though that you’re using the WP Fastest Cache plugin on your website which -as the name implies- is a caching plugin and so this FAQ applies to you: Is WordPress Popular Posts compatible with caching plugins?
Here’s the TLDR version:
- Make sure that WP Fastest Cache regenerates its cache at least once per day (see Cache Timeout Rules).
- Make sure to enable WPP’s Ajaxify Widget feature (Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools, under Data) to keep WPFC from caching your popular posts list.
