I would need to have specifics so that I could try to reproduce/fix the issue.

    Hey Michael,
    Thanks for the quick response.
A patient filled out the form this morning, data wasn’t captured.
I tested and it captured my data. Odd, no?

    Thoughts:

    1. If using CF7, it can drop submission if it thinks they are spam. As I understand, it looks at the Settings -> Discussion -> Comment Blacklist to determine this.

    2. If you have inserted custom PHP code attached to a CF7 or CFDB hook and it causes a fatal error, then that kills the submission process.

    3. You might be logged in and he is not. Test without being logged in. Shouldn’t matter but worth testing.

    4. If you can reproduce the issue, turn off the CFDB plugin and try again. Did you get an CF7 email where you didn’t before? If you still don’t get an email, then it is CF7, not CFDB.
