Hello @fauzanade. Yes, that is the correct plugin. I’ve tried running through those steps. We actually have a staging site set up and it’s having the same issue: https://staging.axionlighting.com/product/mean-well-240-watt-din-rail-power-supply/. I’ve deactivated all plugins other than WooCommerce, your wholesale plugin, and the add-on plugin and changed to the Storefront theme. All plugins and themes are on the latest version.

My issue above never got resolved, they just closed the ticket lol. I ended up deleting the plugin and going a different route.

None. I ended up just adding all the “Add-ons” I had as separate products and linked them in the short description plus added them as cross-sells.
