Not calculating commissions

    App stopped fully displaying commissions on customer order page with space littered with html; worked for about a month, mostly. Order amounts buried in html aren’t showing on Coupon Orders page, nor are commissions being calculated – almost all show $0 commissions on orders, but reading through the html the numeric values are there and randomly display on the Coupon Orders page. Total month value only calculates what’s displayed, leaving 100s of orders needing to be deciphered and calculated by hand.

    Are you using the latest version of the plugin (5.12.15)?

    Still awaiting a reply either here or via email. In our email thread, after waiting three days, have diagnosed the problem as possibly “the data might not be in the correct format to be parsed out as HTML. It looks like it’s being treated as a string in the inspector screenshot. If this is how the data is actually stored, which, from the? screenshot of the data in the wp_wcusage_activity table, it appears to be that might be the reason the commissions are showing as $0.00.” If you don’t have time to fix it we will if you can provide a little direction.
